The Famous 
Fallen Tree.I met Almog at the perfect time, without a doubt. How could it have been any other way? His posts on his Instagram channel already went beyond the surface and blossomed in their very essence.&#38;nbsp;&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;When I attended his workshop, "Weightlessness," in Berlin, it became evident that life always arranges things perfectly. Almog possesses the gift of creating a space where everything that is not your true self falls away, allowing the beauty of your existence to be seen and experienced effortlessly.
&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;His teachings and his overall presence revolve around the present moment. During the two-day workshop, I was able to guide myself back home. Whether with eyes closed or open, I discovered the fruits of life by wholeheartedly trusting and surrendering to what is.

“It is time
Time for what?
For you. To listen to your heart and follow its lead.
To no longer allow fears and doubts to shape your life.
Consequently, it is time to end the following of foreign protocols.
Your light has been dimmed for long enough. Many bright models have tried to help you capture who you are, and all failed.
Apparently, you are not here to be captured.
You can end the everlasting journey of asking, and arrive home, in a place of no compromise.
Where your light shines brighter than the sun, and no one is blinded. Where your natural glow flows like a river to a fall.
You are here to be unreservedly yourself.It is time for that.”

Down.The first time I met Anaïs was at her movement gathering in 2022, amidst the stunning landscape of Alentejo, Portugal. The event was called "Open Heart Dance," and there couldn't be a more fitting name for it. &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;I still carry the essence of that fluent energy within me. The memory of heating up the room, accompanied by uplifting music, and experiencing pure ease and boundless joy. This was my heart taking the lead. And my body instinctively knew every little and significant movement, seamlessly flowing with the rhythm of my existence, without a single doubt.&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;When we met this year for the interview, that same energy was present. There was a moment of tranquility, where silence enveloped us, and a sense of peace prevailed. It felt as if our hearts connected in that openness.

"Now, I would like to dance with you," she said.

&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; Dieser Satz blieb mir am meisten in Erinnerung von dem Interview mit Lukas Klaschinski über den Dächern von Berlin. &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;Lukas, gekleidet in tripple Jeans, berichtet lustig, leicht und nahbar von seinen Gefühlen, seinen Ängsten und seinem neuen Buch “Fühl dich ganz”.
&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;Für mich ist dieses Interview unter anderem so wertvoll, weil Lukas tiefgründige Erfahrungen teilt und Erkenntnisse auf den Punkt bringt, ohne dabei cheesy zu klingen. &#38;nbsp;

	To gain a profound understanding of Dima's world, I devoted over six months to training with him in the studio. Sometimes, I simply brought the camera along, concentrating on capturing specific aspects of the studio environment. This approach fostered trust, transforming the camera from an intrusive observer into a more natural presence.

I had the privilege of getting to know some unique and brilliant individuals. In the culmination of this journey, I conducted interviews and transcribed them, presenting the conversations in a magazine format.
